    Byla určena teplotní závislost frekvence a tlumení měkkého módu nad teplotou fázového přecjdu v krystalu KTa1-xNbxO3 pro x=0.018 a 0.022. Žádná další disperse se neobjevila pod frekvencí měkkého módu až do 60 K. Při nižších teplotách se materiál stal neprůhledný
