Far-infrared soft-mode behavior in PbSc1/2Ta1/2O3 thin films
Original language description
PbSc1/2Ta1/2O3 films were studied by means of Fourier transform far-infrared transmisson spectroscopy in the temperature range of 20 - 900 K. TO mode near 80 cm- softens on heating to ~45cm- following the Cochran law. This mode can be assigned to the ferroelectric soft-mode inside polar clusters.

Chování měkkého módu v PbSc1/2Ta1/2O3
Czech description
PST tenké vrstvy byly studovány pomocí FTIR spektroskopie v teplotním oboru 20 - 900 K. TO mód u 80 cm- měkne s ohřevem podle Cochranova zákona. Tento mód jsme označili jako feroelektrický měkký mód v polárních klastrech.
