Magnetization process of a system of magnetotactic bacteria is experimentally studied and theoretically described. For a special type of bacteria the switching field is calculated as a function of the bacteria distance.

Czech description
Je popsán a teoreticky spočten magnetizační proces systému bakterií obsahujících ve své struktuře feromagnetické prvky a sloučeniny. Pro určité podmínky je spočteno pole překlopení baktérií jako funkce jejich vzdálenosti.
