Diffusion of particles adsorbed on reconstructive surface

Result description

The analytical expressions for the free energy and diffusion coefficients are obtained assuming the lateral interaction between the particles is negligibly small. The coverage dependencies of the diffusion coefficients are calculated using the analyticalexpressions and Monte Carlo simulations. The results demonstrate clearly a drastic change of the behavior of all diffusion coefficients on the reconstructed surface.

    Za předpokladu zanedbání laterální interakce mezi částicemi byly odvozeny analytické výrazy pro volnou energii a difuzní koeficienty. Závislosti difuzních koeficientů na pokrytí byly stanoveny s využitím analytických vztahů a Monte Carlo simulací. Získané výsledky ukazují na drastickou změnu v chování difuzních koeficientů na rekonstruovaném povrchu.
