Original language name
Correlation between infrared, THz and microwave dielectric properties of vanadium doped antiferroelectric BiNbO4.
Original language description
Terahertz (THz) transmissivity and infrared (IR) reflectivity spectra of orthorhombic microwave (MW) ceramic Bi(Nb1-xVx)O4 were measured between 4 and 3000 cm-1. The ferroelectric soft mode was observed at 25 cm-1. The linear exrapolation of dielectric losses from THz down to the MW range is in agreement with the experimental MW losses.
Czech name
Korelace mezi infračervenými, THz a mikrovlnnými dielektrickými vlastnostmi vanadia dopovaného antiferoelektrickým BiNbO4.
Czech description
THz transmisní a infračervená reflexní spektra mikrovlné keramiky Bi(Nb1-xVx)O4 byla měřena mezi 4 a 3000 cm-1. Feroelektrický měkký mód byl pozorován u 25 cm-1. Lineárně extrapolované dielektrické ztráty z THz do mikrovlnné oblasti se shodují s exprimentálními hodnotami mikrovlnných ztrát.
