A systematic study of photothermally stimulated defects creation processes is carried out by the thermally stimulated luminescence method for a large number of undoped and doped PbWO4 crystals under irradiation at 80-180K in the 3.4-4.3eV energy range

Czech description
Pomocí termoluminiscence byly studovány fototermálně stimulované procesy vzniku defektů v PbWO4. Vazebná energie excitonu byla stanovena cca 0.1eV, zatímco další efektní stavy jí mají v rozmezí 0.03-0.36eV
