    Photoluminescence spectra of Cr doped BaxSr1-xTiO3 thin films were investigated for the first time. Chromium doping was accompanied by the appearance of photoluminescenc consisteng of rather pronounced lines centred at 1.570-1.600 eV at 12 K, for x=0-0.84, repectively. These lines were attributed to the zero-phonon R-transitions of octahedral coordinated Cr3+ ions in Ti sites of BaxSr1-xTiO3.

    Poprvé byla studována spektra fotoluminescence tenkých vrstev BaxSr1-xTiO3 dopovaných Cr. Dopování chrómem doprovázelo objevení se fotoluminescence tvořené dosti zřetelnými liniemi s maximem mezi 1.570-1.600 eV pro x=0-0.84 při 12 K. Tyto linie byly přisouzeny nulfononovým R-přechodům v oktaedricky koordinovaných iontech Cr3+ v Ti polohách BaxSr1-xTiO3.
