Grain size and boundary-related effects on the properties of nanocrystalline barium titanate ceramics
Original language description
Dense nanocrystaline BaTiO3 ceramics with grain size (GS) down to 50 nm were studied by X-ray difraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), impedance spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The tetragonality and heat of transition with reducingGS, and extrinsic contributions due to the non-ferroelectric grain boundaries causing a "dilution" of the ferroelectric properties.

Vliv velikosti zrn a hranic zrn na vlastnosti nanokrystalické keramiky na bázi titanátu baria
Czech description
Nanokrystalické keramiky BaTiO3 byly studovány rentgenovou difrakcí, diferenciální kalorimetrií, impendanční a Ramanovou spektroskopií. Pozorované vlastnosti jsou vysvětleny kombinací intrinzických jevů spojených s poklesem tetragonality a extrinzickýchpříspěvků od neferoelektrických hranic zrn.
