Original language description
The dielectric behavior of tetragonal PLZT x/40/60 has been investigated from 102 to 104 Hz. The lowest-frequency phonon partiall softens to TC and splits into two components in the ferroelectric phase. Relaxational mode, assigned to the dynamics of polar clusters, was revealed in the teraherz spectra below 800 K. This mode slows down to the microwave range on cooling and finally anomalously broadens below TC.

Czech description
Dielektrické vlastnosti tetragonální PLZT x/40/60 keramiky byly studovány od 100 Hz do 100 THz. Měkký fononový mód částečně měkne k Tc a pod Tc se rozštěpí do 2 složek. Relaxační mód způsobený dynamikou polárních klastrů se objevuje v THz oblasti pod T=800 K
