    Per-track probabilities of unrepaired damage have been derived for V79 cells irradiated by low-energy protons using the probabilistic two-stage model. Correlations with distribution patterns of deposited energy, radical concentrations and specific classes of DNA damage predicted by detailed MC simulations have been searched.

    Pravděpodobnosti neopravitelných poškození vznikých v V79 buňkách účinkem nízkoenergetických protonů byly odvozeny pravděpodobnostním dvoustupňovým modelem. Byly hledány korelace s tvarem distribucí deponované energie, koncentracemi radikálů a specifickými poškozeními DNK predikovanými detailními MC simulacemi.
