Matrix assisted pulsed laser evaporation of cinnamate-pullulan and tosylate-pullulan polysaccharide derivative thin films for pharmaceutical applications
Original language description
We demonstrate the successful thin film growth of two pullulan derivates (cinnamate-pullulan and tosylate-pullulan) using matrix pulsed laser evaporation (MAPLE). The MAPLE-deposited thin films were characterized by transmission spectrometry, profilometry, atomic force microscopy (AFM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.
Czech name
Matricová laserová depozice tenkých vrstev polysacharidových derivátů cinnamatu-pululanu a tosylatu-pululanu pro farmakologické aplikace
Czech description
Pomocí laserové technologie MAPLE byly deponovány tenké vrstvy derivátů pululanu (cinnamate-pululan a tosylate-pululan). Vrstvy byly charakterizovány transmisní spektrometrií, profilometrem, mikroskopií atomárních sil (AFM), Fourierovskou spektroskopií (FTIR) a Ramanovskou spektroskopií.
