    ArF and KrF laser-induced plasma in gaseous toluene adjacent to silica leads to toluene decomposition, silica etching and chemical vapor deposition of fluffy, amorphous and nanosized carbon-polyoxocarbosilane composites The reported process represents the first example of reactive laser spallation and has potential for fabrication of novel nanocomposite materials.

Popsaný proces je prvým příkladem reaktivní laserové spalacea může být důležitý pro přípravu nových nanokompositních materiálů.
