The point diffraction interferometer (PDI) is a simple self-referencing interferometer, designed here to measure the wavefront profile of a soft X-ray laser emitting at the wavelength of 21.2 nm. It is a monolithic device consisting of a thin filter anda very small pinhole (1um), located near the axis of the X-ray laser focal spot.

Bodove difrakcni interferometr (PDI) je jednoduchy auto-kalibracni interferometr, jenz jsme vyvinuli pro mereni profilu vnoplochy rtg laseru pracujiciho na vlnove delce 21,2 nm. Je to monoliticke zarizeni skladajici se z tenkeho filtru a male dirky (1um)nachazejici se pobliz osy ohniskove roviny rtg laseru.
