    Magnetic properties of epitaxial Fe3Si/MgO(001) thin films

    The composition dependence of the magnetic as well as structural properties of epitaxial 4-40 nm Fe3Si thin films on MgO(001) within D03 regime have been investigated using ferromagnetic resonance, superconducting quantum interference device magnetometryand magneto-optical Kerr effect. The magnetic anisotropy fields and g-factor decrease linearly as the Si concentration increases within the D03-regime.

    Studovány magnetické a strukturální vlastnosti Fe3Si epitaxních vrstev v závislosti na chemickém složení metodami feromagnetické rezonance, squidovým magnetometrem a magnetooptickým Kerryho jevem. Zjištěno, že velikost faktoru spektroskopického rozštěpení a magnetokrystalické anizotropie se snižují lineárně s koncentrací Si.
