Scintillating properties of Pr-doped YAlO3 single crystals grown by the micro-puling-down method
Original language description
Pr-doped YAlO3single crystals were grown by the micro-pulling-down method and their optical and luminescence properties were investigated in the range 80?300 K. The overall scintillation efficiency was found to be 15 times higher than that of the BGO standard scintillator.

Scintilační vlastnosti Pr-dopovaného monokrystalu YAlO3 pěstovaného metodou Micro-puling-down
Czech description
Pr-dopované monokrystaly YAlO3 byly pěstovány metodou micro-pulling-down a jejich luminiscenční vlastnosti byly studovány v rozsahu teplot 80-300K. Celková scintilační účinnost tohoto materiálu dosáhla patnáctinásobku hodnoty pro standardně používaný scintilátor BGO.
