Original language name
Infrared and magnetic characterization of multiferroic Bi2FeCrO6 thin films over a broad temperature range
Original language description
Our experimental data show that the B-site ordered Bi2FeCrO6 thin film is one of rare high-temperature multiferroics. Its Neel temperature is between 600 and 800 K, ferroelectric phase transition lies above 900 K.
Czech name
Infračervená a magnetická charakterizace multiferoické vrstvy Bi2FeCrO6v širokém teplotním oboru
