Zr,Pr) a (Si, Pr) kodopované krystaly byly pěstovány z taveniny metodou micropulling=down. Byl studován efekt Zr/Si kodopování na scintilační charakteristiky jako radioluminiscence, scintilační světelný výtěžek a doby života.
