    Experimental and theoretical study of magnetic domain walls in an in-plane magnetized (Ga,Mn)As at varied temperature. High-resolution electron holography technique provides direct images of domain wall magnetization profiles. Interpretation is based onmicroscopic calculations of the micromagnetic parameters and Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert simulations.

    Experimentální a teoretická studie teplotního chování magnetických doménových stěn v (Ga,Mn)As s magnetizací v rovině. Elektronová holografie zobrazuje s vysokým rozlišením směr magnetizace domén ve vrstvě. K interpretaci se používá mikroskopického výpočtu mikromagnetických parametrů a Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbertovy simulace.
