    Biocompatible layers fabricated using KrF laser

  • Original language description

    Thin films of hydroxyapatite, hydroxyapatite doped with silver and thin diamond like carbon layers were prepared using KrF excimer laser deposition. Tooth prostheses, textile blood vessels and artificial heart valves were covered and tested. Examples ofphysical tests, and in vitro and in vivo analysis using minipigs and sheep are presented.

    Tenké vrstvy hydroxyapatitu, xydroxyapatitu dopovaného stříbrem a tenké vrstvy diamantu - podobné vrstvy byly připraveny pomocí KrF laserové depozice. Byly pokryty a testovány zubní protézy, cévní náhrady a umělé srdeční cjlopně. Jsou uvedeny výsledky in-vivo a in-vitro testů.
