Pressure-driven metal-insulator transition in hematite from dynamical mean-field theory
Original language description
Combination of the an initio bandstructure and dynamical mean-field theory is used to study simultaneous high-spin low-spin and metal-insulator transtion in hematite (Fe2O3). Comparison to isoelectronic MnO is made. We identify two distinct ways the insulating high-spin stay may be destabilized.
