Original language description
2-inch size KMgF3 single crystal was successfully grown by the Czochralski method. X-ray excited luminescence of KMgF3 was measured by our developed cathode luminescence device which has sensitivity for VUV region, and that of BaF2 was also measured andcompared with that KMgF3.
