2D nucleation limited by slow diffusion
Original language description
Extension of standard theory of second-layer nucleation in the regime of low temperature. The theory takes into account the fluctuation of adatom distribution. The final density of stable clusters depends on these fluctuations and can be independent on deposition rate.
