Raman spectroscopy of SrxPb1-xTiO3 thin films
Original language description
Raman spectra of SrxPb1-xTiO3 sol-gel films of different compositions, were measured and analysed at room temperature. The lowest transverse optic mode of E symmetry (the ferroelectric soft mode) was identified in all our samples and its frequency was found to depend on composition. For the x=0.26 and 0.47 samples, their temperature dependent ferroelectric soft mode responses were determined up to the paraelectric phases.
