We analyze thermally stimulated luminescence (TSL) above room temperature in Ce-doped Y2SiO5 oxyorthosilicate single crystal. We perform detailed TSL glow peak analysis based on the initial rise technique to evaluate trap depths and other characteristicsassociated with TSL peaks.
