Broadband dielectric and conductivity spectroscopy of inhomogeneous and composite conductors
Original language description
Complex dielectric/conductivity response of various dielectric, semiconducting and poor metallic conducting materials and their composites were studied in the extremely broad frequency range of 19 orders of magnitude. Phenomenological models used for fitting and basic understanding of such spectra within the effective medium approximation were summarised. For conductor-dielectric composites the electrical percolation phenomena are discussed.
