Laser-induced ion acceleration at ultra-high laser intensities
Original language description
Ion acceleration by ultrashort laser pulses of very high intensities of the order 1022?W/cm2 is studied by two-dimensional Particle-In-Cell simulations. We show that laser normal incidence is preferred for such high intensities.
