Original language description
Theory is presented of the electronic excitation and electronic charge transfer between quantum dots. Kinetic equations describing this irreversible transfer are developed using quantum transport approach. The non-adiabatic property of the electron coupling to the atomic lattice vibrations is used. Numerical analysis is performed.
