Half-metallicity, magnetism and electrical resistivity of Sn1-xMnxTe alloys in rock salt and zinc blende structures
Original language description
Electronic, magnetic, and transport properties of Mn-doped SnTe alloy studied from first-principles. Half-metal exists for rock-salt structure and Mn atoms on Sn-sites. We found that experimentally observed ferromagnetism is due to holes, also interstititial Te atoms can promote ferromagnetism.
