The optical and electrical properties of nanocrystalline ZnO thin films
Original language description
The DC reactive magnetron sputtering of metallic target in oxide atmosphere has been applied to deposite of the intrinsic ZnO thin films. The localized defect states below the optical absorption edge detected by photothermal deflection spectroscopy (PDS) in a broad spectral range from near UV to near IR. It was found that the hydrogen doping increases free electron concentration, and UV emission but didn’t change the structure of film.n
