Original language description
The present study deals with accurate identification of polytypes, twins, and allotwins – oriented crystal associations of more than one polytype. The trioctahedral 1:1 layered silicate cronstedtite was studied using single-crystal X-ray diffraction data collected with a four-circle diffractometer equipped with a CCD detector. The sample from the skarn occurrence, Ouedi Beht, El Hammam, Morocco, was explored.
