Original language description
We discuss an extension of Third law to nonequilibrium systems with Markov stochastic dynamics. We give sufficient conditions on which the steady heat capacity vanishes in the zero temperature limit. It is argued that in contrast to equilibrium, an extra dynamical condition is needed.
