Results obtained by a new instrument for the mass measurement of the solid deposited precipitation and icing are presented. The instrument was tested at the Milesovka and Churanov stations where the routine operation is going to be established. The measurement will improve the evaluation of the solid precipitation deposit as hydrological inputs to a watershed.
