Original language description
Cyclones, which moved from Hungary to Poland over eastern part of the Czech Republic, caused extreme rains in the Krkonoše Mts. during summers 2002 and 2006. They were formed in the atmosphere in consequence of long-term land and air overheating. We conclude that extreme rains were a consequence of the self-organization of atmospheric currents caused by the strong flux of sensible heat. This flux was caused by an insufficient transpiration in Central Europe, which means that the increased occurrence ofhydrologic extremes in Central Europe is linked to the warming of land and air.

Czech description
Cyklony pohybující se z Maďarska do Polska přes východní část České republiky způsobily v Krkonoších v létě 2002 a 2006 extrémní deště. Utvořily se v atmosféře následkem dlouhotrvajícího přehřátí země i vzduchu. Soudíme, že extrémní deště byly následek samoorganizace atmosférických proudů vyvolaných silným tokem zjevného tepla. Tento tok byl vyvolán nedostatečnou transpirací ve střední Evropě, což znamená, že s oteplováním země a vzduchu ve střední Evropě je spojen rostoucí výskyt hydrologických extrémů.
