Multi-degree of freedom (MDOF) non-linear systems are characterized by a number of response types. Among them the Limit Cycles (LC) are of the most important. A new analytical/iterative method of Limit Cycle identification and portrait investigation together with a technique of the LC stability assessment has been developed and presented in the paper.
