Managing unattended jewish gravestones and cementeries
Original language description
The paper presents three significantly different examples of management of unattended Jewish cemeteries in the Czech Republic: the Old Jewish cemetery in Prague - a part of the World Heritage City, the medieval and unattended Jewish cemetery located nearTelč (example of a cemetery accessible by vandals, without any protection and for long time with only very limited maintenance) and the Telč Jewish cemetery, which has been maintained for about 17 years by volunteers associated in a local cultural club.
