Description of transport processes in concrete structures is important topic in durability and reliability assessment of nuclear power plants. Mechanical behaviour, transport of heat and transport of moisture are coupled and they lead to nonstationary nonlinear problem. It must be solved numericaly and the application of the Finite Element Method is used in this article. Linear and nonlinear problems are mentioned. The Newton-Raphson iterative method is used for solution of nonlinear algebraic equations. This paper deals with numerical solution coupled heat and moisture transfer.
