In cooperation with University of Brasília we would like to highlight the influence of fibers on stability behavior of collapsible soils. The Brazilian superficial latosol has a dark reddish coloration, and displays a much lower resistance and a much higher permeability than the bottom saprolitic/residual soil. Using reinforcement we would like to improve the stability of the soil reinforcement mixture.
