Original language description
After the forest clear-cut, negligible sheet erosion has been observed at runoff plots covered by grass. Important soil loss occurred in erosion rills originated by skidding of timber. Increasing depth of rills is related with the vegetation cover, number of species, proportion of hemicrypto phytes and plants forming clusters.
