Original language description
Our work describes a method for wave-front shape evaluation in microwave range. The evaluation is carried out by measurement and analysis of the interference field that originates from interference of the reference microwave field with the investigated (object) wave field. The proposed evaluation method is an analogy to phase-shifting interferometry in optical testing, but it uses microwaves instead of optical wavelengths
