The paper is focused on the issues related with property use. A question of special interest is one, which asks the question whether property can be somehow used up and if so, than following what event can we consider it used up. Usually, before a property can be used for a particular purpose, some alterations need to be made and than the property will be used. In order for the property to be used for another purpose, other alterations will need to be performed following the termination of use. The investor is currently only burdened by the before use cost. The property under the building, which can no longer serve its purpose, can than seem to be used up. If this does not occur in an area that has a high real estate value, than it is not profitable for anyone to remove the building and establish here for example a field.
