EXPERT JUDGMENTS EVALUATION METHODS AND PROCEDURE AUTOMATIZATION
Original language description
Sustainable regional development models frequently use the Expert judgments (EJ) methods for revising missing data, estimating the trend functions, or e.g. defining the development strategies. The Expert judgments significantly reduce the time needed forcreating the mathematical models. On the other hand the expert judgments always influence the results with certain level of subjectivity. Decision strategies depend mostly on accessible information; the problem doesn't exist when the decision maker doesn't have the choice at least from two alternatives. Current methods for evaluating of the expert judgments are obsolete and often unusable for fast decisions. The automatization of the EJ evaluation procedure could also help to minimize the subjective factor of EJ and speed up the decision process.
