Paper is focused on relation between building façade and operation in terms of heating and cooling energy consumption and indoor environment. There are discussed alternatives in typical, low-energy and passive houses building envelope solution standards.Evaluation of indoor environment and energy performance is based on computer simulation results, using ESP-r based models to quantify thermal comfort, energy consumption in office building.
