Water retention curve as one of the moisture storage properties of porous materials belongs to basic parameters used in the models simulating moisture transport in porous building materials. Therefore, the measurement of water retention curves is principal for hygro-thermal performance assessment. In this paper, experiments for determination of water retention curve using pressure plate apparatus are presented.

Retenční křivka vody jako jeden z akumulačních parametrů vlhkosti porézních materiálů patří k základním parametrům modelů simulujících přenos vlhkosti v porézních stavebních materiálech. Měření retenčních křivek vody je tedy zásadním faktorem pro posouzení vlhkostně-tepelného chování materiálů. V tomto článku jsou prezentovány experimenty pro určení retenční křivky vody s použitím zařízení s tlakovou deskou.
