Original language description

Recycling is an essential phase of the life cycle which determines the feasibility of further material use. As the possibilities of primary recycling are limited, at the moment the relevance of secondary recycling is growing. The use of separated municipal waste (plastic, glass, paper, laminated carton) in building construction can be a good example. The article presents and discusses the use of recycled mixed plastic in the form of optimized lightening fillers for reinforced concrete (RC) floor slabs and the use of recycled laminated cartons processed as structural boards. Environmental aspects, technical and technological aspects as well as mechanical properties of the recycled boards are investigated.

Czech description

Recyklace je důležitou fází životního cyklu, která určuje možnosti dalšího materiálového využití. V současnosti jsou možnosti primární recyklace velmi omezené a proto roste význam recyklace sekundární, jejíž příkladem může být využívání separovaného komunálního odpadu (plast, sklo, papír, vrstvené kartony) ve stavebnictví. Tento článek prezentuje některé možnosti využití recyklovaných směsných plastů ve formě vylehčujících vložek pro železobetonové deskové stropy a dále možnosti využití recyklovaných vrstvených nápojových kartonů ve formě konstrukčních desek. Hodnoceny byly environmentální aspekty, technické a technologické aspekty a rovněž mechanické vlastnosti recyklovaných desek.
