    Properties of glass and polypropylene hybrid fiber reinforced cement composite

  • Original language description

    Selected characteristic properties of a glass and polypropylene fiber reinforced cement composite material are studied either after preceding thermal treatment or during thermal loading. Tensile strength, bending strength, thermal conductivity, specificheat capacity, moisture diffusivity, water vapor diffusion resistance factor and adsorption isotherm are determined after the specimens were subjected to the pre-heating temperatures of 600°C, 800°C and 1000°C. The thermal diffusivity, specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity and linear thermal expansion coefficient are measured directly as functions of temperature up to 1000°C.
