The paper deals with analysis of the current situation on the real estate market in the Czech Republic. EVAL software, which continually collects, examines and evaluates advertised quotations of real estates, was used for mapping and evaluation of the development of the real estate market. Time progress of quotations and tenancy of flats in dependence on the size and locality.
