Paper describes experiments with composite beams made of concrete C70/85 and rolled steel section HE260A (S460). Behaviour of members made of high strength steel and high performance concrete can differ compared to common materials. Special attention ispaid to behaviour of shear connection. Connection is carried out by means of steel shear studs.
