  • Original language description

    This contribution deals with parallelisation of the conjugate gradient method and its implementation into the open source project SIFEL. Parallelization of the conjugate gradient method is based on parallelization of matrix-vector product or vector-vector product. Incomplete Cholesky factorization is used for preconditioning of implemented algorithm. Several numerical tests were successfully done. Non-preconditioned and preconditioned algorithms were compared. The comparison shows that the preconditioned algorithm is suitable for fourth order problems.
