Computational modelling of temperature and moisture profiles in a multi-layered system of building materials
Original language description
Computational modelling of temperature and moisture profiles in a multi-layered system of building materials is performed using TRANSMAT computer code developed at the Czech Technical University in Prague. A characteristic example of a building envelopewith lightweight load-bearing material is chosen. The effect of both exterior render and thermal insulation material on the hygrothermal performance of the wall is clearly demonstrated.
