Application of Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics to Solving Problems with Exacting Conditions

  • Original language description

Smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) is a computational method used for simulating fluid and gas flows. SPH method is very suitable for solution of nontraditional conditions in underground structures, namely for application of loading and unloading by high temperature on boundary domain of tunnel lining. For formulation and numerical approach of nonlinear processes this method appears to be appropriate.
